last sunday...

so last sunday, (march 6) we went out to watch the movie called "Gods Of Egypt". I'm gonna have to say that the movie is pretty good especially for those of you who loves fantasy. It's really not our plan to watch that movie, but since we want to watch something that time, we have decided na ayun na lang yun panoodin because it seems better compared sa ibang movie na showing.
If you're thinking that i'm gonna spoil something about the movie, I'm not. I just want to share few things that made me even more realize how awesome our God is. And if you're interested of knowing kung ano-ano 'yung mga yon, let's get started.

  • Our God is powerful and almighty.
just try to imagine how awesomely God created everything in this world. God has power over all things in earth. Sa isang salita lang Ni Lord kaya nyang gawin ang lahat! He can move mountains if He wants to. God has the authority to control all things. Why not trust Him?

  • God is fair; He is not selfish.
We are so blessed that our God is not looking on what riches we can offer to Him. He is looking on the inside, He is looking deeply in our hearts. Hindi sya yung god na kapag nakita na wala kang ioofer na kayamanan, hindi ka na niya ibi-bless. Si God hindi ganun, kahit wala tayong kahit anong ibigay sa kanya, he will continue to bless us, he will continue to guide and protect us and it's because he loves us unconditionally.

"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast." (Ephesians 2:8-9)
  • God has a plan.
Hindi ka pa lumalabas sa tyan ng nanay mo, planado na ni God ang buhay mo. He already knows every bit of you. He already knows the struggles you're going to face. and sometimes, we question God like he owe something from us. Yes, we have our own plans in our lives but we also shouldn't forget that it is God who made us and he has all the best plans for us. He is the Lord of lords and King of all kings and yet ayaw pa natin magtiwala sa plans and promises nya? We may not understand his plans, we may not see things the way He does, but who are we to trust our own selves and to not trust the one who made us? it's like-- lugi ka pa ba? Si Lord na nagplano niyan o! but at the end of the day, we will all end up saying "Tama ka nga, Lord!" while doing 2 thumbs up and with a smile on our faces.

"I am your Creator. You were in my care even before you were born." (Isaiah 44:2).
